Terms and Use

Before using my mobile game, Food Kingdom, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. Definitions

• Application means the mobile game Food Kingdom developed and published by me.
• Application Store means Google Play Store or Apple App Store where you downloaded the Application.
• You means you, the user of the Application.
• I / Me / My refers to the individual developer of the Application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Application.

3. Age Requirement

This Application is intended for general audiences and does not have a specific age restriction. However, if you are under the age required by your country's laws to give consent for data processing or make purchases, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Use of the Application

You may use the Application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any form of misuse, including hacking, cheating, or attempting to disrupt the service, is strictly prohibited.

5. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The game includes optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or the policies of the Application Store. Consumable items (such as boosters or in-game currency) may be permanently lost if the user deletes their account, and these cannot be recovered. I may change the pricing or availability of in-app purchases at any time. Non-consumable purchases (like ad removal) can be restored after reinstalling the app or logging in again.

6. Advertisements

The game includes third-party ads to support development. These ads come from external networks and follow their own policies. I don’t control or endorse their content.

7. User Accounts

Upon first use, an anonymous account is created for you. You may choose to link your game progress to a platform account (e.g., Google Play Games or Apple Game Center) to enable synchronization across devices. I do not have access to your login credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the game is either mine or used with proper licenses. Please don’t copy or redistribute anything without permission.

9. Termination

I can suspend or terminate access to the game if the Terms are violated or for other valid reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

The game is provided “as is” without any warranties. I am not responsible for damages resulting from using or being unable to use the game.

Some regions may not allow such limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of Food Kingdom is also subject to my Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be shared in the app or elsewhere. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
